Add a separate section on CMD_USER_STATS for email stats

With all the measures in DirectAdmin nowadays to filter incoming email and all the limits you can set, wouldn't it a good idea to have a separate section on CMD_USER_STATS just like there is now for example for web stats but just about all the email stats.

With things like SpamBlocker, Blockcracking, Easy_spam_fighter, Spamassassin and the old E-Mail Filters it would be very interesting to see what percentage of email were blocked, maybe even separated by method?

This section could also contain the historic stats about how many emails were sent out, maybe with a daily average that could be used to fine tune the daily send limit as well. Next step could be to automate daily send limits so you could just set it at [daily average]+50 per user for example.

Eximstats would be helpful maybe, it already puts out quite a lot of interesting stats:
