Hi,
I think the title tells the most of it.
It could be nice if we had an option to enable letsencrypt SSL by default while adding a new domain as the chrome started displaying non-ssl sites with insecure.
Let's Encrypt validation requires a domain to resolve and point to a valid web-server. Domain validation might fail at a creation time, but directadmin developers could probably add a delayed task for it.
As long as it is optional so that we can deactivate the feature in directadmin.conf. I would not want it, as I would be afraid the customers would be confused. Also they might add domains and wait several days before changing name servers or registering the domain. Also they might want a wildcard certificate. I think it still is best to not install it automatically.
