Add encoding variable to All system emails

For non-english users and admins it will be useful
because system message or system notifications in native lang - is very impotant for a hosting company reputation!

I'm suffering from this too! I've translated welcome messages and now clients tell me about "unreadable encoding".
At least can you add mail header

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8"

?
But of course it would be better to make variable in directadmin.conf, which will set encoding in previous mail header.
