Add Name Field

It would be great if a field could be added that would allow us to enter the full name of the individual/group that owns an account. This would be great on the following screens:

Admin Level
1) Create Administrator Account
2) Create Reseller Account

Reseller Level
1) Create User Account

User Level
1) Create Mail Account
