Add php or html page to every site on server

Hi,

I want to add extra html or php code to every site and every page on a certain server. I am sure this can be handled by apache but I am not sure yet how to do this.

Has anyone done this before ?

thx, did not know these parameters existed..!

auto_prepend_file and auto_append_file
