AddHandler problem

Hi, I created .htaccess file with content

AddHandler cgi-script .php .php3 .php4 .phtml .pl .py .jsp .asp .htm .shtml .sh .cgi .html .js

I put it into some folders to prevent executing php and some extentions file from hackers.
In Lxadmin, Cpanel it works fine but In Direct admin it doesn't work

I installed Directadmin on Centos 5.3 64 bit, all settings are default.
