Adding difirent record types

Is there a way to make the DA interface support more record types. I know Bind/Named does support quite a few more (like SSHFP, and I think also CERT).

I know of the options to enable CAA and TLSA records, but I can't seem to find anything to allow other record types.

You should open a feature request, there is already one for SSHFP there:

There seems to be no support for adding SSHFP records to the DNS. Can this be added any time soon?

It seems such a feature request is not high on the priority list. Perhaps there should be an option of creating records of any type so that we don't have to wait for the DirectAdmin team to implement each specific record type in order to manage our DNS fully?

It's also frustrating that if you attempt to add those unsupported records directly in the zone file (Bind supports them), DirectAdmin removes the unsupported entries, as well as anything that follows them without any notification.
