I'm supporting a customer of mine that set up a domain already in direct admin. Although now, he wants to add another domain and have it redirected to the original domain that was previously set up. I have the dns pointing the shared ip of the server. The issue lies in that when I try to add the domain at the user level, it wont let me. It says it already exists. At the reseller level, it shows only one domain in existance, not two. There is no way for me to switch domains or create it. Is there a better way to get this done? Thanks in advance.
