Adding Links Into The Control Panel

Is it possible to add links into the evolution skin of DirectAdmin so if a customer clicked on the link it would take them to for example the Knowledge Base FAQ area of my website or to the login page of the Client Area of my website?

"Customize Evolution Skin" can be used for this, alternatively - URLs can be added as 'plugins'.
