Adjustment DNS

Hello, I had a problem with dns. At me is 2 ip from different under networks.
For the domain (on which will be dns) in the panel da I put A records on these ip. But why that at some registrars normally such dns are put and at some is not present. (Writes that cannot define ip) something can I not that I do?

Have you set up the nameservers at your registrar? This is not the same as setting the two nameservers for each domain. You need to log in to the registrar page where you bought your domain, and register the nameservers.
