Admin Backup/Transfer

Hi there, I am having some trouble with the Admin Backup/Transfer feature of DirectAdmin.

Here is an extract from the message system:

User gighifi has been backed up.
User goark has been backed up.
User grohanger has been backed up.
Could not read reply from control connection -- timed out.
ncftpput /home/tmp/admin/user.admin.grohanger.tar.gz: could not send file to remote host.

User grub has been backed up.
User hangers4 has been backed up.
Could not read reply from control connection -- timed out.
ncftpput /home/tmp/admin/user.admin.hangers4.tar.gz: could not send file to remote host.

It seems that it's always the same accounts that have the problem, but If I look at the destination server it appears that the backup was successful as there is a .tar.gz (with content) for the account.

Any help with this issue would be great.
