Hi

I'm using the Admin Backup function of Direct Admin, and experience a slight problem. Everything is being backed up fine (to an external server via FTP), though some accounts aren't.

Eg. the log file tells me "Transfering tomas.tar.gz to {BACK-UP LOCATION}: Completed", but it's not really transferred to the FTP server (attachment).

How can I solve this problem?

You'd have to try the ftp from your server to the ftp server manually, using the same username and password as the admin backup, to see any error.

DA uses php to ftp files. Sometimes the file is too large for php to handle. Try:
