admin suspended userxxx : api=0

Hi,

I saw this in the log file, after userxxx informed me that his account was suspended, without any obvious reason (disk, traffic overuse).

2013:10:09-08:30:04: admin suspended userxxx : api=0
2013:10:09-08:31:01: httpd reloaded

I'm quite sure I haven't suspended the account. Are there any other logs to check for more details on this?

Sorry for poping up this old thread, but I'm experiencing the same issue. I can't find any logs that indicate that the user was suspended for the right reason. In addition it occurs on a daily basis in the past several days.

The domain is configured as "Same as Main Account". The user does not pass the package limitation and suspend at limit is OFF.

Any suggestion

Do you use WHMCS? If so, it could be a bug or wrong setting in WHMCS that cause WHMCS to suspend the user?
