Admin - User?

ok so im finding it very hard to get used to direct admin...


so far an admin cant create users, only resellers, then you have to log into the reseller to create a user...

isn't it possible to create a user via admin and assign ip etc?

You just switch to reseller level. You dont have to make an entire reseller..

admin manages resellers and some server stuff

reseller manages users

users manage domains

These are the three levels most hosting companies need.

I wish there was a way to add sub-resellers under the reseller level so they can sell reseller level accounts too...
