Can I ask what Directadmin team do?
After to days we havent receive our licence, our client contact us every 2hr.
I sent many emails to them but they not reply back any email!!!

Maybe you just didnt get their reply.

and see if your license has been activated.

Theres a million reasons the email didnt make it through.

I think he was refering to their support (which is really fast) not product.

Personally I never had any issues with DA support. All requests were responded to in 24hrs frame.

It's been well over a week and we've got no additional response; I'd suggest he probably has his license by now.
