Hello

I can't find the subject anymore, but I'm sure that when you create a cron job for an automatic backup of an account, you can do it for a period of 7 days, but on the 8th, the file is automatically deleted, is that possible?

But which one to choose?

Day of Week:/Saturday
Day of Month:/14
Week of Month:/week-2
Month:/Oct
Full Date:/2023-10-14

What's more, when I want to restore via a remote backup, it doesn't find the users to restore, bug?

Be sure that your directory path is correct when restoring, for example standard you have "/"as directory but for example when you use 7 days backup cron then you have to specify the path like "/Tuesday"and refresh the list, there you should see the backups

Hello @Active8
I have 2 directories:

Saturday
Sunday

When I want to see the list of users to restore, it's empty

Did your backups run without problems ?
If you really want to be sure go into your backup directory by FTP program and check if there is any file inside
I am not sure how you did your backups, I am assuming here that DA backup to an FTP server
