after i imported the users, no statistics of user

hi i have just imported a lot of user accounts on the server.

but now on directadmin's reseller level, when i go to List All page that has the following:

Bandwidth Disk Usage # of Domains Suspended IP Domain(s)


those fields are empty!

why is that?

some other users do have them but majority of them, like 90% of them don't have that.....it is empty as in, just plain blank.

what could be the problem here and how can i solve this?

How long ago did you do the import?

The reason I ask is that the cache might be out of sync...

well i waited and waited and after like an hour later, it showed up.

it seems that it first imports all your users, and then lastly, it runs a 'tally user' program that gets stats for all the users on the system, which took me a good 1 hour or so to finish.

hm that brings me to another question.

how often does this 'tally' program run?

it seems whenever this thing runs, it really bogs down the server a lot even on a quad core with 2gb memory.

I believe it is daily...

I can't remember 100%, but I think this will make it tally right now:

echo "action=cache&value=showallusers" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue

/usr/local/directadmin/dataskq d400
