Forbidden: PHP engine is disable.
how can i enable php now

Do you have a DA license as admin?
Check your .htaccess file, there is a chance that disabled it.

am using github student developer pack free hosting and domain provided by educationhost.... were am able to perform anything except the challenge for wordpress

in file manager once i have loged in directadmin

The .htaccess file could be present inside your public_html folder. If it isn't then something else might be wrong.
PHP might also be disabled by your hoster. This is a support forum for admins, not for end customers.
It's best to ask your hoster for support.
