After updating the latest custom build (2.0.0 (rev: 2566) I'm getting this error on my machines:
[emerg] 337#0: "real_ip_header" directive is duplicate in /etc/nginx/nginx-defaults.conf:98

I'm currently remarking out like 98 but that's not a true solution.

Otherwise, nginx is hard down.

Thanks,
John

Do you have any custom configs there? If not, try updating CB and rewriting the confs.

zEitEr has done a few custom things. I have asked him to look too.

Maybe he can circle back here as well.

BTW - I've tried updating and rewriting confs. Didn't help. I'll send Alex a link to this post as well.

Martynas, looks like this was caused by customizations in our configs. Alex is modifying them to resolve. Not you. Others may find the thread helpful though if they find nginx not starting up after the update.

I have the same problem, I am using Custombuild 1.0.35, I am commenting out the real_ip_header line on /etc/nginx/nginx-defaults.conf in order to fix this. But it seems this happens on all updates. Any suggestions to prevent this?

Well first you should be on custombuild 2. Version 1 is eol for a while. I would go look up the migration guide and do that
