I have install directadmin, my version of apache is 1.333 and php is 4.3.10.

I want to know how to upgrade some new releases package that will not affect the system?

Just like I want to upgrade exim/apache/php/mysql?

I found a shell scripts in /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/update.sh, is it only run these scripts can ok?

Thanks

You are using Fedora Core 2?

Can I using the lastest proftpd instead of the previous one that no damage of DA?

If you mean a newer version than the one offered on the DirectAdmin fileserver, then yes it should be possible to make the necassary modifications if it's really necassary, but sometimes it's safer not to upgrade to eagerly.
