after restored a user shouldn't put the default index.html in their subdomains. had to manually remove them...

I was just about to report this "bug" myself...I moved a lot of accounts to a new server last night and all the subdomains ended up with the index.html file in the directory overriding the index.php file that was already there.

Not a huge issue, but time consuming to hunt down all the subdomains and remove the file.

This fix was to be included in the next version, but I don't see it listed on the versions list for 1.313. It's already been reported to John and hopefully he'll get it in. Thanks.
