after server change IP got DA not work???

1. i have send email to sales#directadmin.com change my server IP, also they reply to the email :

Hello,

License is now set to 202.xxx.xxx.xxx.

also i go to here: https://www.directadmin.com/clients/ see the IP changed already for the Licenses

2. ok , i setiing my server IP to 202.xxx.xxx.xxx. , and follow here:

a. first i got this problem :

exactly i duuno why become this problem

While you may get a response within 2-1/2 hours from DirectAdmin staff, it's really not too long a time.

If you can't use DirectAdmin because it's not licensed for your IP# then you must contact DirectAdmin support; there's nothing anyone else can do for you.

Problem Fixed, the license request was sent from another IP on the system, i only change the default gateway to the one for the new IP and it works.
