After update to 1.650, packages listed more than once in configuration

After update to 1.650, I get more update notifications. One was for a bunch of upgradable packages. It was something like 23 upgradable packages, I don't rememeber the exact number.

So, I upgreded the packages and then aftward, there was a notification for 2 upgradable packages. When I ran the upgrade, I got this:

Repository powertools is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository powertools-source is listed more than once in the configuration
Repository powertools-debuginfo is listed more than once in the configuration
Last metadata expiration check: 0:09:28 ago on Mon Jun  5 15:12:01 2023.
Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.
Complete!

It's self explanitory, some repositories were listed more than once in the configuration.
