after upgrade da can't open in port 80 (Mod_proxy)

Hello, Please help me.

I made upgrade directadmin last version
after upgrade da can't open in port 80 (Mod_proxy) affect all domain
and error in log file

Directadmin Error Log :
009:03:08-04:06:22: Can't connect to ssl!
2009:03:08-04:06:22: ->error ssl
URL example : http://dacp.siamister.com/


But i can open normal in port 2222
URL : https://siamister.com:2222

i update and new install apache 2.0 + php 5
but problem no disappeared

in /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin.conf
ssl=1

firewall don't block port 443

da can't access because ip have blacklist in DA
