Afterlife of changing IP's 
We have discovered that the server cannot be pinged except at the server IP address of 72.236.32.208. We have assigned ip addresses of 72.236.32.100 through 72.236.32.190. IP addresses 72.236.32.100 through 72.236.32.147 are assigned to users and resellers.
We have removed one reseller, after performing a system backup and reseller backup. We reinstalled the reseller. We noticed the server was refusing dns queries and then we attempted to ping the system at 72.236.32.110 (the reseller shared ip).
We have tried to ping outside addresses, like yahoo.com from the server and is successful. We have tried to ping the address 72.236.32.110 we get "destination host unreachable".
Can you help, please.
