The Apache is not delivering web sites.

We have gone through the process of changing service providers and changed IPs. We have completed the following successfully(?)
  • Used ipswap.sh
  • Changed the ether0 to new server ip address
  • Obtained a new license from DA and installed it
  • Restarted Server
We noticed the DA control panel under list users still contained the old IP addresses and on all sites we cannot used "www.domain.com" and on some we can use "domain.com".

In other places of the DA control panel the IP addresses were correct i.e. DNS, IP Management.
Thanks :)

When restoring backups their should be an option to keep old ip or assign new ip, make sure you choose assign new ip.

Chrysalis: ipswap should handle that.

I recommend running ipswap again, and verify the data, as this means your swap didn't work (entirely).
