all websites return 403 after uprade from deb8 to deb9 and remove mod_ruid2

All websites have the same error:

Please help thousands of websites are down.

is this happend after removing mod_ruid2?

Try to rebuild your apache/nginx to be sure, or :

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/
./build update
./build all

You did also change to php-fpm and did a ./build rewrite_confs after removeing mod_ruid2 right?
