allocating a different IP for the new user?

Hi,

I wanted to know how do i allocate different IP for a new user? when I go to create a new user, the only option to assign IP is xxx.xxx.x.51 - Shared Server IP, although I've more than one IP and I've allocated the other Ips to reseller : admin, through Ip Management
