This can be espiecally useful in the event of a lost password (if done manually) or somebody looses control of their account due to a takeover or related.
Anyhow, since the user can see his login history, i dont see why the admin shouldnt, or the users reseller (through the panel if it can be done outside it).
Like, on the users stat page, would be an excellent place to put it rather than looking through the directadmin access log
