How to fix this?
I'm changed in /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ihi memory_limit from 8M to 20M and restart Apache but script return error again.

AFAIK, the memory limit switch has to be enabled when you compile PHP, i.e. --enable-memory-limit.

Also, check phpinfo() and your symlinks to make sure that you're still using the Zend php.ini file.

There's also a config option for phpmyadmin, but it doesn't affect zip compression: http://www.phpmyadmin.net/documentation/#faq3_2
