Allowing clients to select from multiple ip's

Am I missing something here or is it not possible to allow multiple resellers/users to select any of the servers ips? I only assign a dedicated ip to sites that require an ssl certificate but if the site isn't using ssl i would like the user to be able to select the ip the site got assigned. Is there any way to do this?

The reseller can select the ip's to give to the user if the admin has assigned ip's to that reseller. The user has no choice since there can only be one ip for a user anyway. The reseller has to do it.

arghhhh, that sucks, i wanted to allow USERS to select any of the ips, ok, guess iv gotta rework how i set this up now

In my experience most sysadmins don't want users (we often call them Lusers) any control at all ; what are you, a nice guy or something?

Or maybe I'm just a typical BOFH .
