Am i under DDos Attack please help me ASAP

hello

i am running centos 6.6 and suddenly my pingdom.com account starting to give me very long server down reports since 2 pm yesterday until 6 pm today and the server is still down so i wanna know am i under DDos attack or not ?

also the load average is very high like 140 or sometimes 500 and the rest of the time the cp is down too

and this is the name of the centos version from the cp " CentOS-66-64-minimal "

come on guys i need help please i can't do anything everything is down right now please help me ASAP
 
i did and they said that's it's a dedicated server and these servers aren't managed

so i have to do it by myself
 
Probably you are not under a DDoS attack. If so the datacentre would help you regardless if you have a dedicated server. A DDoS attack influences the network of the whole datacentre most of the times.
