Hello,

my host gives me an uplink of 1Gbps (yay!)

Looking at the server stats for the last 3 months, i found what you can see here:

Does it mean that, during these 3 months, my traffic peak has been of 2Mbps, with an average well below 1Mbps?

And would that mean that my users would have exactly the same performances with an uplink of 10Mbps instead of 1Gpbs?

Yeah it means that you used 1.8mbps at one time during the cycle. Unless you are utilizing a ton of constant bw you dont need a 1gbps port. The only advantages are being able to burst higher to download/upload files. You could definitely get away with 10mbps or 100mbps connection.

Your average is like 140KBps which is actually around like 1mbit.
