Can DirectAdmin create MySQL databases on a separate Amazon RDS server and link my DirectAdmin Wordpress installations to those databases on the RDS server
Directadmin doesn't create external databases, not any panel does that.
You can create your own external database and then link to it from your Wordpress config files.
