Your OS Distribution doesn't know the AMD processor model. Note this command says the same. DirectAdmin is asking your OS Distribution what your processor is, and the OS is telling DirectAdmin it doesn't know. So DirectAdmin has nothing else it can tell you.

Either the Processor doesn't have a model number listed in the location it should be, or the BIOS in your system has a problem deciphering it. Nothing to do with DirectAdmin.

It's likely your processor doesn't have the code to be read. You can check with support at AMD to find out. Why is it so important?
