Hi,

We are getting strange errors while making full backups lately. Its always a different user where this happens, can somebody help us out?

(I have changed the user and reseller name.)

Error Compressing the backup file user.admin.xxx.tar.gz : /bin/tar: /home/tmp/admin/xxx: Cannot chdir: No such file or directory
/bin/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
tar (child): /home/tmp/admin/xxx/user.admin.xxx.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory
tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Error renaming /home/tmp/admin/xxx/user.admin.xxx.tar.gz to /home/tmp/admin/user.admin.xxx.tar.gz : Unable to move /home/tmp/admin/xxx/user.admin.xxx.tar.gz to /home/tmp/admin/user.admin.xxx.tar.gz:
A directory component in oldpath or newpath does not exist or is a dangling symbolic link.

Cannot find /home/tmp/admin/user.admin.xxx.tar.gz for upload.

There's enough space in /home and as i said, its always a different user and sometimes multiple users.

Hi Jeff,

No there is enough space but the problem was that a second backup started while the first one was still running. So our problem is solved. Thnks.
