An error occurred during the restore. That username is a reserved system name

i am having problem with restoring my backup file with directadmin. i got the following error.
"Error while creating User backup. That username is a reserved system name"

the original directadmin backup file was from dedicated server with no restrictions. so i am using vps now. i don't know which user name is a reserved system name. i never had such problems before. this is the first time to see such an error.
"Location of backup file: /home/admin/admin_backups/backup.tar.gz"
what should i to fix this error? thanks

what is the username in your backup of domain?

the user name in backup is Admin

Users owned by admin should work. Are you sure the username is Admin with an initial capital letter A?

Which kind of backup are you trying to restore?
