another rookie ?

My server just switched to DA and I am just trying to get the basics down enough to survive. My first question is why and how to fix the problem with gaining access from AOL How can this be done?
The second question is how do I access the stats pages to see the daily stats for web page visitors we used to have cPanelx and it was the one thing I did check daily was the visitors and unique visitors as well as e-mail

Don't use the AOL browser. Use Internet Explorer or FireFox.

I access the stats pages to see the daily stats

Click Site Summary / Statistics / Logs

And if you create a link from inside your public_html directory to the existing stats directory the stats become publicly viewable.
