Anti Virus Scanning for Mail Traffic

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if somebody could point me to some simple how-to's on how to enable Virus Scanning of all incoming and outgoing emails on a pretty much default installation of DA. Also some suggestions on which Anti Virus would be best to use here. Also if possible, a how-to on how to keep the system up to date and running smoothly

Some important information or non-important:

OS: CentOS 5 32Bit
Hardware: Xeon Quad Core CPU, 4GB RAM, 2 x 250GB Hard Drives

That someone who is already busy would do the search for you? Or actually copy all the information into this thread completing duplicate information?
