Any idea to delete user manully?

I just created a client account but seem it doesn¡¦t create ¡§completely¡¨. Now when I create the account again it would show either user name already exist or domain name already exist. I have been delete all related data on /home/ & /usr/local/directadmin/data/users but problem still happen. Anyone can tell me what I still need to delete? Thanks
