Anybody using GoLive? Can't connect via FTP

I need a GoLiver's help please.

I have contacted Velcom support many times because I cannot connect to my site via FTP - error 530 (log in) sometimes error 257 (so I know I am close). I have to upload every item this way and let me say, it is a PAIN.

Velcom has given no help, I have sent sent screen shots of the error message and my log in screen.

Any help would be appreciated.....
The log in I am using is

Server: familyreadingpartnership.org
Directory:/
Username: ******
Password: ******

Velcom has told me repeatedly that this should work. They even had me sever the FTP connection several times. Still this does not work.

I am tired of uploading manually.

Who is is Velcom, and why are you posting on the DirectAdmin forum for help you should be getting from someone else?
