That may be a little hard to find at that price. You might try http://www.tranxactglobal.com
they appear to have the closest with Dual xeon 3.0's for $159/mo but there is like a $500 setup fee and you'd have to upgrade the ram and hard drives. Not sure about the urchin profiles either...

theplanet's entry level servers are right around $199/mo but you'd also have to upgrade ram and hard drives to what you needed.

Those are the only one's I can think of off the top of my head..

As a merchant who has lots of experience with accepting credit cards since the mid 70s, I can tell you that the merchant bank simply returns the code it gets from the issuing bank.

Address verification problems are always with the issuing bank returning the wrong code.

You won't see the problem everywhere because some merchants (and some merchant accounts) won't decline a card for address mismatch, but will just charge a higher percentage rate.

At least that's been our experience for years and that's what my merchant account vendor tells me.

If wose comes to worst, you could get a buddy or someone to buy it for you and reimburse him.
 
that's what i had to do.

4 credit cards/4 banks all problems, he had an account there already so i am ordering the same credit card as him.
