Anyway to block Korean and Chinese email?

Anyway to block Korean and Chinese language emails in Exim? I am sick of receiving such spams and complaining to their ISPs is totally useless

I wouldn't block on the language content if I were you; you could easily have Korean or Chinese - speaking clients.

You can block country IP assignments; the netblocks assigned to various countries are available through a google search.

I wouldn't though, for the same reason.
