Apache and Internet Explorer code page problem

Dear all,

I have change the language pack in the enhance skins as a Big5 code page(chinese).

But each time will using Internet Explorer to view the page, the code is always change to ISO.

I need to manually to change each page code to Big5 when I using Internet Explorer.

Where I can change the httpd.conf to set directadmin control panel as Big5 code?
