Apache Directives

Hi there again, seem to be having a problem with manually editting a DA httpd.conf. Each time I edit it to add a directive under a <Virtual Host> setting it disappears? I'm thinking DirectAdmin is the cause of this. I looked around the control panel to find a way to add Apache directives through DA but can't find it (or maybe I'm just stupid, it could be that too )

I keep trying to manually add this:

AliasMatch ^/servers/files(.*) /home/zirc/domains/zirc.org/public_html/servers/file.php

To:

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/zirc/httpd.conf

Any suggestions or help to allow the setting to stick?

Oh, and it the directive sticks, only up until I restart DA.

Hey,

You have to add them via the DA interface.

Login as Admin and in the first screen that pops up you should see a selection along the lines of "Add Custom Httpd Configurations".

From there you can choose the domain you need to modify.
