apache handler php problem

I set the apache handler to application/x-httpd-php and set the extension to .htm (I also tried htm without the dot) and then i tested a php encoded file here:

This file generates a 404 error
http://www.brainscoop.com/architecture.htm

the file is really called the following and it works with this URL
http://www.brainscoop.com/architecture.php

any suggestions?

If you change the filename to architecture.htm it might work... Changing the handler won't change the actual file that apache is trying to serve, it just tells apache that you want .htm files to be processed by php.
