My guess would be your IP for domain in DNS does not match that one in apache config for the particular virtual host. It's impossible to give you more certain answer, as you did not give your real domain name. You'd better think of hiring somebody (me for example, or other guys) from here or your DC to help you to sort the things.

My guess is is just the index.html page in public_html but i should be wrong.
Or, you added the domain at DNS section and not at user level (that should create apache configurations for that domain).
For more ideas, an investigation for sure is required.
