Apache logs not rotating

I'm having troubles with the log rotation. For some reason, without doing any configuration change or anything, the apache logs stopped rotating every night. Could you give me a hand an tell me where to look?

I checked directadmin.conf and the log rotation values are the default:

log_rotate_size=5
logs_to_keep=5

I'd appreciate any help.

I still haven't been able to solve this.
Could you tell me how does DirectAdmin rotate the logs so that I can do it manually?
 
The crons are all in /etc/crontab or a separate file in /etc/cron.d

Might even require syslogd be running not sure.
