Do you admins have Apache Logs turned on (access logs) for your DA servers? I get logs for errors, but no data for access. Seems like tracking down issues that occurred would be very difficult if access logs for approved access isn't turned on. I realize this would take space, but how else could you see what they did if we have it turned off.

Please let me know what you all do, and also how to turn this on if you did.

A few opinions (not just one) would help. Thanks.

My access log is empty. How can I review the setting, to see why and if it is indeed turned off, as it seems to be. I run DA on a CentOS system.

Try restarting apache and generate some traffic on your website, then check it.

You can also compare your current httpd.conf to the template on that DirectAdmin uses and see if something got changed.

Edit: Make sure your looking at the right file (i.e. that access log for the domain in question and not the global access log...)

Thanks, I was looking at the global one (oops). Now I know how to find the others - in both DA screens and also directly in SSH. Thanks again.
