Apache restart automatically

Apache restart-shutting down automatically

i dont have any cron
Apache service gets restarted automaticaly randomly time.

sometimes top hits 6.00 - 7.00 maybe its cause of this problem?

i dont see any special line in error_log

If there are changes in directadmin that need it to reload the webserver it will restart it. If not you better start looking through logs to find out whats going on.
